Refunds and Returns Policy 

Vanguard Arms International is committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refunds and returns policy: 

Refunds  

At Vanguard Arms International, we strive to provide you with the best collector and shooter pieces available. Unfortunately, situations may arise from time to time where a firearm is received in a condition other than advertised or expected. In these instances, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. 

  • We accept returns within seven (7) days of the delivery date as long as the firearm has not been transferred to you from your FFL (Please inspect all firearms prior to transfer from your FFL). 
  • All returned items must be in the same condition that they were received in (new weapons must still be unfired, used weapons must match the condition photographed) along with all packaging and accessories that were included in the purchase. 
  • If an issue can be resolved with a repair or replacement (new magazine, trigger replacement, etc.) that keeps the firearm within its advertised condition, this avenue will be sought out prior to the offering of a refund.  
  • When the return is initiated due to an error on our part, we will send a return label to your FFL for the return of the firearm without any cost to you. 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return regardless of reason: 

  • Ammunition 
  • Firearms purchased and delivered over thirty (30) days prior.  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace the item or issue a refund.

Returns 

Should you change your mind after your purchase and the firearm ordered is in the advertised condition, we may accept a return in certain instances.  

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Firearms purchased and delivered over seven (7) days prior 
  • Consignment Firearms 
  • Ammunition 
  • Accessories that have been removed from the factory packaging 

If your item does not meet any of the above criteria and you wish to return it, the following options may be available to you, please note, every return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

  • The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date. 
  • All returned items must be in the same condition that they were received in (new weapons must still be unfired, used weapons must match the condition photographed) 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • A restocking fee of 20% will apply to returns. 
  • The request will be reviewed to determine whether the return will result in store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
